Pre-Order Factory Enlistment Audit
To enlist the factory, our compliance team at first visits the factory for a social compliance audit. If the audit passes, only then do we proceed with order placement. In this regard, we strictly adhere to buyers' Code of Conduct and Local Law.
Continuous Announced & Unannounced Monitoring
We are actively monitoring compliance issues across all our enlisted suppliers on a regular basis through both scheduled and surprise unannounced inspections to guarantee continuous conformance.

Bribery & Corruption
Strict zero-tolerance policy against offering, soliciting, or receiving any bribes, unauthorized commissions, gifts, or kickbacks.

Misappropriation of Assets

Falsification of Records
Severe prohibition of any alteration, tampering, or misrepresentation in production logs, payroll records, or inspection files.
Sexual Harassment
Uncompromising zero-tolerance for sexual harassment, verbal abuse, intimidation, or discrimination in any form across all facilities.
Conflicting Business Interest
Prohibition of personal business engagements or outside financial affiliations that compromise professional fiduciary duties.

Zero-Tolerance Violation (ZTV) rules strictly enforced across our supply chain, ensuring ethical procurement compliance.

Suppliers’ Code of Conduct (CoC)
All enlisted production facilities, mills, wash houses, and accessories factories must strictly abide by our 14 comprehensive social, labor, and safety standards:
Child Labor
Strict prohibition of child labor adhering strictly to ILO Conventions and Bangladesh Labor Law. Age verification required for every worker.
Forced Labor
No bonded, indentured, prison, or involuntary labor. Workers retain full freedom of movement and possession of identity credentials.
Disciplinary Practices
Corporal punishment, psychological coercion, or monetary deductions as disciplinary measures are completely forbidden.
Harassment & Abuse
Every worker is treated with respect and dignity. Workplaces must be free from verbal, physical, sexual, or psychological intimidation.
Legal Requirements
100% adherence to all national labor statutes, trade regulations, environmental laws, and international conventions.
Ethical Standards
High integrity, honest financial accounting, transparent record-keeping, and ethical business dealings at every tier.
Working Hours
Standard working hours not exceeding 48 hours weekly with mandatory rest days. Overtime is voluntary and legally capped.
Wages & Benefits
Timely disbursement of statutory minimum wages, overtime premium rates, leave allowances, and social insurance benefits.
Freedom of Association
Respect for workers' right to form or join trade unions, safety committees, and participate in collective bargaining without retribution.
Non-Discrimination
Zero discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, nationality, political opinion, or social background.
Unauthorized Subcontracting
Strict ban on unauthorized subcontracting. All production must take place solely in audited and pre-approved facilities.
Building & Fire Safety
Structural integrity certifications, unobstructed emergency exits, automated fire alarms, extinguishers, and regular evacuation drills.
Health & Safety
Clean drinking water, well-lit and ventilated shop floors, ergonomic workstations, personal protective equipment (PPE), and first aid.
Environmental Protection
Responsible effluent treatment (ETP), waste sorting, chemical management in line with REACH/ZDHC, and energy conservation.
